We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Product Manager to join our Enterprise Cloud Technology Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of our cloud infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and drive the enterprise cloud product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve better agility, innovation, and economics for all technology teams.
  • Product Requirements and Evangelization: Establish the strategic approach for the management and monitoring of cloud products, develop requirements, and evangelize to stakeholders and peers to gain alignment and engagement.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Review identified technical problems and solutions delivered by the team, and be accountable for accurate and timely identification of risks, issues, and changes required for cloud products.
  • Stakeholder Relationships and Communication: Own key stakeholder relationships across journey experience, compliance, engineering, program management, and leadership teams, and create product-related awareness and marketing materials.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and product team members to define and implement roadmaps for enterprise cloud, and establish feedback loops with customers to incorporate product enhancements.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management driving cloud infrastructure services product delivery.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.
  • Experience building enterprise-scale technical product requirements and delivery of public cloud services in GCP and AWS.
  • Technical experience and good understanding in Kubernetes, Serverless, Databases, compute, network, storage, security, and observability tools in GCP or AWS.
  • Understanding of application development ecosystem across several languages (Java,.NET, Go, Python, etc.) and ability to drive the developer requirements across cloud product services.
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools integration with cloud services.
  • Ability to distill a complex set of requirements into defined deliverables.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a way that enables the team to understand what they are doing and why.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong communicator with results-driven attitude.
  • Experience with agile methodology to drive software development and delivery.
  • Competent in using data-driven processes/tools for decision making.
