We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to oversee and direct various standalone and cross-functional enterprise systems initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of software development life cycles while ensuring alignment across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities- Program Leadership: Spearhead the management of enterprise systems programs/projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, R&D, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to align project priorities with corporate strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage technical and business dependencies for all deliverables.
- Communication: Provide regular updates on program/project status to core teams, functional management, and executive leadership.
- Roadmap Planning: Lead quarterly portfolio roadmap planning and ensure successful execution of approved strategies.
- Agile Problem Solving: Utilize creative and analytical skills in a dynamic environment, demonstrating teamwork and innovation.
- Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Resource Management: Define resource needs, negotiate plans, and monitor resource utilization throughout the program lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with leadership stakeholders and present at executive forums.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of practices, templates, policies, and tools to enhance organizational capabilities.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing enterprise systems projects/programs.
- Proven experience in leading multiple integrated systems programs.
- Familiarity with project management tools, including scheduling and cost reporting.
- Experience in managing software portfolios is highly desirable.
- Background in enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
- Experience with end-to-end EPIC systems and EMR implementations is preferred.
- Knowledge of managing cybersecurity programs.
- Ability to synthesize information from diverse sources to drive successful project launches.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Software, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- An advanced degree in business or a technical discipline is a plus.
- CISM or similar certification is highly preferred.
- PMP certification is also highly preferred.
This position operates under a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between in-office collaboration and remote work. The salary range for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
