Position Overview: As a Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager at Glean, your main responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain robust relationships with a designated group of enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted consultant, ensuring client satisfaction, facilitating onboarding and adoption processes, and promoting account growth and expansion.
- Establish strong connections with clients and comprehend their business requirements
- Oversee the onboarding journey for new enterprise clients
- Recognize upsell possibilities and drive revenue enhancement
- Monitor and report on essential performance metrics for client success
- Relay client feedback to internal teams for product enhancement
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a comparable position within an international/B2B SaaS environment
- A proven history of success in Enterprise Client Success
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Slack, Zendesk, Metabase, and Glean
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities
