Summary

Work as Functional Analyst/Developer lead supporting the Oracle EBS program. Responsible for analysis, solutioning, testing, implementation, and production support. Collaborate with stakeholders to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies. Provide recommendations supportive of a shared-service model and long-term organization strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements. Create, modify, and execute test plans and scripts. Analyze and solution application issues, and assist cross functional teams testing and implementing resolutions. Define and optimize simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization. Ability to design high level custom solutions working within the OAF using Forms, Reports, PL-SQL, Workflow, Interfaces, and Discoverer.

Design and create specifications for systems and databases; to work with Applications Support to develop systems and database plans; to collaborate with Applications Development, Network, and Applications Support staff to assess and test hardware and software interaction; to develop database objects and structures for data storage, retrieval, and reporting according to project specifications; to implement and test database design, functionality, and tuning for performance; to design and develop back-end database interfaces to web applications; to document configurations; to maintain hardware and software license inventory; to install operating system software, patches, and upgrades; to perform system backups and recovery; and to conduct server builds.

Essential Functions


• Translate application specifications into effective and efficient applications.


• Conform and contribute to the improvement of IT Management control system for project, and time management.


• Conduct custom application development activities in Oracle through application development life cycle.


• Research, document, coordinate, and follow up on the reporting of Oracle TARS and application of Oracle patches.


• Consult and advise on existing and proposed information systems, architectures, business processes, qualitative methods, and the use of information to meet business objectives.


• Maintain a professional level of proficiency in systems engineering, technical aspects of system development, and functional knowledge of assigned areas.


• Focus on continuous improvement for all areas.


• Serve as project manager for small to mid-size projects.


• Integration/API experience a plus

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $79,500 to $119,200 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1.5X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
