Operations Procurement Coordinator

A leading technology company is looking for an Operations Procurement Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide operations procurement support for calibration and repair customer programs, as well as adhere to compliance program processes while maximizing internal Service Logistics & Supply Chain (SLSC) efficiency. The ideal candidate has supply chain, quality, and/or compliance experience, combined with a strong sense of urgency and accountability to exceed the business's expectations. Operations Procurement Coordinator Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $25/hr
  • Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Roseville, CA Onsite)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Operations Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Support revenue generation for our customer service business.
  • Purchase order and Interim order creation and/or management.
  • Work with our factories and suppliers for order placement and expediting- Supporting internal teams for assurance of supply, quality, and compliance.
  • Purchase order fulfillment and reconciliation of the invoice to accounts payable.
  • Receive and deploy materials and equipment.
  • Process purchase order administration in support of customer requirements.
  • Track and report progress results to team members and peers as well as management when required.

Operations Procurement Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • AA or bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with suppliers and interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience and proficiency using ERP and CRM systems such as Oracle or Salesforce is a plus.
  • General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures to accomplish the job.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize daily activities, and handle incoming requests, emails phone calls from suppliers.
  • Strong quantitative data analysis skills, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A strong understanding of the supply chain and/or negotiations is a plus.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, and analyt
