The successful candidate will be tasked with month-end inventory reconciliation, data analysis, and providing insights regarding product performance and discontinuation. Furthermore, this role will manage store inventory levels, oversee procurement activities, and facilitate incoming shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Oversight:

  • Guarantee the accuracy of inventory reporting across all platforms.
  • Perform month-end inventory reconciliations.
  • Evaluate current inventory levels and offer suggestions for product sales and discontinuations.
  • Identify underperforming inventory and recommend its removal from listings.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of store inventory by placing new product orders.
  • Review and adjust store replenishment orders based on inventory status.
  • Coordinate inventory pulls to ensure that phased-out products are not displayed.

Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Track supply chain processes and communicate the timing and quantities of incoming shipments.
  • Maintain documentation for incoming shipments and resolve any transit delays.
  • Collaborate with brokers for shipment coordination as necessary.
  • Develop demand plans and forecasts.
  • Plan and procure inventory effectively.

Collaborative Engagement:

  • Work in close partnership with warehouse teams, store managers, and manufacturing units.
  • Facilitate effective communication and operations across various departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Shopify.
  • Understanding of procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of supply chain logistics and coordination.
