The successful candidate will handle month-end inventory reconciliation, data analysis, and provide insights regarding product performance and potential discontinuations. Furthermore, this role will manage store inventory quantities, oversee procurement activities, and facilitate incoming shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Oversight:

  • Guarantee accuracy in inventory reporting across all platforms.
  • Execute month-end inventory reconciliations.
  • Evaluate current inventory status and offer insights for product sales and potential phase-outs.
  • Identify underperforming inventory and recommend removal from listings.
  • Ensure timely product orders to maintain optimal store inventory levels.
  • Assess store replenishment requests and propose adjustments based on inventory availability.
  • Coordinate inventory pulls to prevent merchandising of phased-out products.

Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Track supply chain activities and communicate the timing and quantities of incoming shipments.
  • Maintain documentation for incoming shipments and resolve any transit delays.
  • Collaborate with brokers for shipment coordination as necessary.
  • Develop Demand Plans and Forecasts.
  • Plan and procure inventory effectively.

Collaboration Across Departments:

  • Engage closely with warehouse teams, store managers, and manufacturing units.
  • Facilitate effective communication and operations across various departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Shopify.
  • Understanding of procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of supply chain logistics and coordination.
