The Executive Assistant/Office Manager role involves providing high-level administrative, sales, and operational support to Vital Incite. This includes managing external public relations communications and events, assisting the Managing Partner administratively, and performing routine office management tasks. While reporting to the Managing Partner, this position collaborates closely with the entire team and clients to ensure organizational efficiency and service excellence.

  • Develop and oversee marketing communication distribution through software and social media.
  • Manage and monitor Vital Incite's communication channels, including telephonic, email, website, and social media.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, ensuring all details are addressed.
  • Handle new client introductory emails and provide marketing orientation.
  • Maintain the Managing Partner's schedule and keep them informed of commitments.
  • Arrange travel and assist with office administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and organizing calendars.
  • Prepare administrative reports and support presentation development activities.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
