Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant/Director of Operations to join our team at DeBoor Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, ensuring seamless execution of our strategies, and providing exceptional support to our agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Operations:
    • Manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
    • Develop and implement efficient systems and protocols to streamline our operations.
    • Coordinate with our agents and clients to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Client Management:
    • Run all aspects of seller and buyer transactions from initial contact to closing.
    • Organize and coordinate showings, open houses, and marketing activities.
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and submission of all necessary paperwork.
  • Marketing and Business Development:
    • Manage our client relationship management system and update agent websites and online listings.
    • Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials, including flyers, graphics, and signage.

Requirements:
