To help us drive excellence, you'll get to be:

· Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, organizational structure, headcount tracker, and other key details.

· Maintains accurate records of active job openings and received applications; manages internal and external job postings.

· Reviews applications for entry-level and non-exempt positions; conducts and/or schedules preliminary interviews.

· Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, which may include layoffs, resignations, terminations, and extended leaves of absence.

· Assists with the administration of employee benefits, which may include collecting and submitting employee information and notice of change in status to health, dental, life, disability, and other insurance carriers or insurance brokers.

· Plans and supports company-wide information meetings such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and meetings to announce or discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans.

· Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Human Resources team and reports to the HR Manager.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, SHRM certification a plus.

· 3+yrs HR progressive experience in various functions within Human Resources..

· Champion HR strategies that balance the needs of the business objectives and Associate's needs.

· Proven HR experience in navigating multiple HR priorities and meeting deadlines.

· Demonstrate an established record of approachability, confidentiality and ability to problem solve in addressing HR functions with a strong understanding of business operations.

· Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

· Collaborate with HR Manager to advocate positive Associate relations and teamwork with all staff.

· Exhibit professional written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

· Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and OSHA regulations.

· Proficient MS Office, HRIS, Payroll and ATS systems.
