Human Resources Business Partner

Quartz is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving organizational success through effective people strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and recommend HR policies and goals that promote a positive employer-employee relationship and high employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching as needed.
  • Partner with leaders to resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Administer performance management programs, procedures, and guidelines to align staff with the company's strategic goals.
  • Support succession planning activities and identify key talent through career framework architecture and future promotional opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in increasingly responsible positions in Human Resources, including mentoring and coaching employees.
  • Demonstrated record of managing HR programs and practices.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create strong relationships and provide positive experiences for internal partners.
