Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 30lbs; occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 20lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); utilizing mouse, keyboard, and phone for portions of the day. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings.

Shift

Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (40+ hours per week).

Job Summary

The Administrative Support Associate provides critical support to management in the areas of:
customer servicecoordination and scheduling of personnelquality control of data systems and accountability matricesplanning and communications with project managersdevelopment staff

The ideal candidate will have a vision for continuous improvement, strong organizational and communication skills, and will develop a thorough understanding of departmental standards, and regulations. This position will help ensure quality and accuracy in delivering critical technical services to the students, faculty, and staff of our university.
