Physical Requirements

The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting, standing, walking, with some pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects weighing up to 10lbs.


Shift
Monday - Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed

Job Summary

The Department of Pediatrics seeks to add another team member to complete monthly account reconciliations and travel arrangements for pediatric staff and faculty.

Account reconciliation includes tracking expenditures and verifying all transaction documents following established university policies and processes.

Will be required to maintain a broad understanding of University systems for storage of electronic procurement documentation. Travel arrangements include frequent contact with internal customers, faculty, staff, vendors, and other university personnel. Will serve as the department expert on travel-related processes, policies, and procedures.
