Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, handling orders, invoices, and shipment statuses.
Oversee order processing from inventory availability to shipment, ensuring accurate updates and timely customer communication.
Process returns and issue credits efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update account information, setting up new accounts and managing existing ones accurately.
Verify order details for accuracy before processing, including product specifics, pricing, and special instructions.
Collaborate with the Materials Management team to generate shipping and pick list reports daily, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
Organize customer files with updated contact and shipping information, documenting all shipping and order details.
Process sample orders promptly and accurately upon customer request.
Develop sales opportunities by nurturing existing client relationships and seeking new business prospects.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to resolve issues promptly.
Team player with the capability to work independently when needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and adaptable to new digital tools.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree required.
Strong customer service skills with effective communication and a professional demeanor.
Excellent attention to detail, data entry proficiency, and organizational abilities.
