Position Summary:
Wireless Zone, a prominent Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, stands as the largest wireless retail franchise in the nation, boasting over 400 locations and continuously expanding.
We seek a dynamic, dependable individual with exceptional customer service abilities to promote Verizon Wireless cellular services. If you possess a vibrant personality and a passion for discussing innovative technology, this role is tailored for you. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our communication technologies, becoming the go-to expert for the latest advancements in wireless and wired solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the sale of all products and services provided by the company. Achieve all sales targets and manage all administrative tasks related to sales, including completing customer contracts and warranties, retrieving products from inventory, processing customer payments, and organizing completed orders. Maintain a thorough understanding of all company offerings, including products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Stay informed about competitive offerings and provide valuable market insights to management regarding local competition and customer needs. Address service inquiries from customers and deliver efficient, courteous service in all aspects of product offerings.

- Demonstrated competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales goals
- Commitment to staying informed about the latest data and entertainment technologies, including Wi-Fi and data devices
- Ability to understand customer needs and assist them in discovering how our products fulfill those needs
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with potential for overtime
- Skill in educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, whether in person, over the phone, or through written communication
- Position may involve commission and quota-based compensation
Desired Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or sales is preferred.
