  • Stay informed about HVAC products, services, and market developments.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical challenges accurately.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical support, sales, or a related position, ideally within the HVAC sector.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, including SAP and other sales tools.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Compensation:

Annual salary range of $45,000-$65,000.
