Therapeutic Interventions:
Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, to support patients in achieving their recovery goals

Crisis Intervention:
Respond to behavioral health crises in a timely and effective manner, providing immediate support and stabilization

Case Management:
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for patients

Patient Education:
Educate patients and their families about mental health and substance use disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated care

Professional Development:
Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of behavioral health through ongoing education and training.
