Position Overview
The Scent Specialist plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers within the fragrance and beauty sections. This position collaborates closely with the Fragrance Advisor to promote products and ensure the department is well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support in the fragrance and beauty areas.
- Assist in the sales process and maintain an organized department.
- Basic numerical skills and the ability to manage cash transactions accurately.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Completion of the Fragrance Absolutes - Certificate of Fragrance Specialist Program.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation Details
The typical pay range for this position is:
$19.50 per hour.
This range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within this job grade. Actual salary offers will vary based on factors such as experience, education, location, and other relevant criteria.
