Human Resources Coordinator

  • Maintain employee database and assist with interviews
  • Prepare employee forms and contracts
  • Ensure data accuracy and support HR projects
  • Collaborate with HR team members and assist with recruitment
  • Handle special projects as assigned

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
