Job Description

The Associate II investigates and processes requests in support of customers and internal/external business partners performed under general supervision using documented procedures. The individual assists management or subject matter expert in activities of basic complexity, requiring some independent judgment.Key Responsibilities

May receive and respond to written and verbal communication from internal and external business partners.

Conducts and supports system and application testing based on business unit needs.

Reports system and/or policy issues.

Maintains and reports daily work condition based on business unit needs.

Investigates and resolves requests and/or inquiries of basic complexity.

Education

High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).

Experience

0-2 years experience (Preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $ per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
