The Opportunity



We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee contract negotiations, administration, and compliance, ensuring that all contracts align with the company's objectives and legal requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain and manage the contract repository, ensuring all executed contracts are properly documented and accessible.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for contract status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and compliance metrics.
  • Continuously improve contract management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, company policies, and risk thresholds.
  • Review and negotiate a variety of contracts including NDAs and vendor agreements based on established playbooks
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in contracts management, transactional paralegal, or a comparable role in a law firm or legal department.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to measure results.
  • Experience related to technology companies is a plus.

What Else?

This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $125,750 to $150,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
