About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our team at Altos Labs. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of procurement-related agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and Negotiate Agreements: Draft and negotiate master service agreements, master supply agreements, laboratory services agreements, and various other procurement-related agreements.
  • Contract Management: Manage the life cycle of procurement-related agreements, including initiation, execution, and post-execution processing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Directly support several departments and act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all procurement-related contractual matters.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that agreements comply with all Altos Labs policies and procedures, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Financial Management: Ensure that payment and other obligations under executed agreements are handled appropriately, working with Finance and Procurement.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Produce applicable data and statistical reporting for contracts to assigned departments.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 5-7 years of contracts management experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech or technology company.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of business matters in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, working understanding of legal terminology, and experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently as a self-starter, influence stakeholders through effective communication, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
