We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc. (ERRG). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assessing, analyzing, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts and service agreements with customers, subcontractors, service providers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Development: Prepare contract documents for existing templates, review and redline agreements, negotiate contract terms, and manage communications with internal and external clients.
- Contract Administration: Draft contract document templates for approval and issuance, develop subcontracts, evaluate vendor proposals, and provide support to ERRG's project teams.
- Negotiation and Risk Management: Negotiate contract terms, taking into consideration risk exposure and government contracting regulations, and provide thorough information to Senior Management for negotiated contractual terms deviating from standard contract terms and associated difference in risk exposure.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with all internal and external clients, and provide Senior Management with information regarding processes, procedures, and contract development.
- Contract Tracking and Compliance: Consistently adhere to contract and document tracking requirements, including accurate data entry and use of electronic contract management systems as available, and proactively track, manage, and report schedule/cost impacts to ensure contractual compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 5-8 years' experience managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract agreements.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction contracting and subcontracting language, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Preferred Qualifications: Engineering or Construction Management related background, experience with U.S. Government contracting to include Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and experience with various contractual arrangements in prime and subcontractor roles.
