We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Contract Manager to join our legal team at Postman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract negotiations, administration, and compliance, ensuring that all contracts align with the company's objectives and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Maintain and manage the contract repository, ensuring all executed contracts are properly documented and accessible.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for contract status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and compliance metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve contract management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, company policies, and risk thresholds.
  • Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate a variety of contracts including NDAs and vendor agreements based on established playbooks.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in contracts management, transactional paralegal, or a comparable role in a law firm or legal department.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to measure results.
  • Experience related to technology companies is a plus.
