Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Maintain and manage the contract repository, ensuring all executed contracts are properly documented and accessible.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for contract status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and compliance metrics.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve contract management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, company policies, and risk thresholds.
- Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate a variety of contracts including NDAs and vendor agreements based on established playbooks.
- 4+ years of experience in contracts management, transactional paralegal, or a comparable role in a law firm or legal department.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to measure results.
- Experience related to technology companies is a plus.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $125,750 to $150,000, plus a competitive equity package.
