  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports to track progress towards sales targets.
  • Utilize sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure the space is well-maintained, visually appealing, and fully stocked with a variety of products.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using sales software and other relevant tools.
