- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports to track progress towards sales targets.
- Utilize sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the space is well-maintained, visually appealing, and fully stocked with a variety of products.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using sales software and other relevant tools.
