We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in achieving year-over-year client and ancillary growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a sales staff to drive business results and ensure a strong partnership between Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Direct Staff: Ensure ethical and compliant telemarketing activity in Inbound, Outbound, Special Projects, and Special Research to achieve growth metrics for sales divisions.
- Drive Business Results: Encourage a strong partnership to enable the company to achieve desired results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with VPs and other directors to ensure SDRs are focusing efforts in a manner that correlates to company goals.
- Collect and Report Data: Collect and report marketing, lead, and activity analysis for use by company officers, field leadership, and partner departments.
- Recruit and Develop Talent: Recruit, select, hire, and evaluate performance of personnel to ensure all department needs are handled appropriately. Counsel and develop staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs, and other resources as required for professional advancement.
- Oversee Technology: Oversee the usage and leveraging of software to gain client and ancillary growth through the use of new technology.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree - Required
- Experience: 7 years of experience in Sales leadership
- Skills: Lead generation and/or inside sales experience, customer service skills
