Incident manager will provide support for the following activities:

• Collaborate, Prioritize, Plan & Manage the execution of backlogs.

• Analyze risks and mitigate them ahead to meet the milestones.

• Provide administration support for the Azure services in the EDH platform.

• Point of contact for the infrastructure triages and all type of issues


Job summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in Azure Admin, Azure administration, Incident Management, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Cruise domain and will be responsible for leading technical projects, ensuring seamless integration, and driving innovation. With 10 to 14 years of experience, the candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our technology landscape and delivering high-quality solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of Azure-based solutions to support business objectives.

- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Provide incident management expertise, swiftly resolving issues to minimize downtime and impact on operations.

- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly within the Cruise domain.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.


Qualifications

- Possess extensive experience in Azure Admin and Azure administration, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud technologies.

- Exhibit strong incident management skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience in leading Agile teams and projects.

- Have a solid background in the Cruise domain, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of the industry.

- Showcase excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
