Position Goals:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and designers; identify potential leads and sales prospects in Houston and surrounding areas.
  • Present C&C Wholesale’s products to architects, designers, and key decision makers to influence specifications and product selection in Houston and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and maintain a project pipeline.  Communicate on a consistent basis with C&C sales reps to pull through the specifications with the flooring dealers.  
  • Conduct a monthly project tracking call with team members.
  • Establish strong working relationships with C&C’s major vendor representatives such as Forbo, Tarkett, Protect-All, LX Hausys, Laticrete, Next Floor, Thor and Rikett.
  • Develop exceptional knowledge and understanding of the products by working with the vendors in the field and attending their training sessions.
  • Partner with C&C sales reps on sales calls with key commercial flooring dealers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and functions that support specifiers and decision makers.
  • Plan, organize and participate in special events for architects, designers and vendors.


Education and Experience:        

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field
  • Experience in commercial Interior Design industry preferred
  • Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred
