- Location: Virginia Beach, VA - Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
- Term: Contract-to-hire
- Salary: $33.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Referral Bonus: $500
Book of Business details: Mostly small business, but will have this office’s larger middle market accounts as well.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of small group employee benefits experience within the brokerage industry
- Strong knowledge of EB small group product lines and multi-state product market offerings as well as federal/state legislative and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in EB BenAdmin systems; BenefitPoint experience a plus.
- Life/Health insurance license or the ability to obtain immediately required.
