THE ROLE:

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to manage employee benefits clients. This position entails nurturing client relationships, comprehending their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee RFP and renewal processes
  • Provide insights on compliance issues
  • Coordinate open enrollment activities
  • Address claims and coverage concerns

If you:

  • Have 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Exhibit excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Possess knowledge of employee benefits and related regulations
  • Hold a valid license
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
