Hanex Regional Sales Manager

As a Hanex Regional Sales Manager with Hyundai L&C USA, LLC, you’ll be instrumental in building upon Hanex Acrylic Solid Surfacing Products’ unique brand and growing market share as you manage and build a strong network of direct customers to drive sales results through a newly established direct and organic specification channel focus. Hanwha L&C Surfaces, LLC is a Global manufacturer the highest quality, cutting edge acrylic and quartz surfacing materials, both products manufactured in North America.
We are particularly interested in you if you specialize in one of the following market segments within the solid surface industry: RV, healthcare, hospitality, etc.
We are looking for an experienced High Energy sales person as a key addition to our growing U.S. Sales team. The right person will increase business from new and existing customers by identifying and qualifying opportunities, product presentations, preparing quotations, managing sales processes, closing orders, and managing customer relationships. The role offers a unique opportunity for a self-starter to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, participate in a broad range of sales activities and audiences, while having a direct impact on our bottom line.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
· Take full responsibility for your own success as you build project pipeline for your territory through direct channels consisting of Architects and Designers (Specification Components) and Millwork/Fabrication, Trade Fixture channels within your assigned territory and to execute sales and consistently strive for excellence.
· Inspire customers and opportunities as a problem solver, develop and coach/educate a network of specify and fabricate Hanex solid surface products and has know how to effectively demonstrate the value of our products to multiple audiences.
· Identify new accounts and market expansion opportunities and manage to successfully grow the region through end user relationships and channel partners.
· Influence product specifications through relationships with local and regional architects and builders.
· Monitor industry trends and competitive activities and communicate back to the sales and marketing teams.
· Successfully launch new and exciting products into the general and specialty solid surfacing opportunities.
· Utilizing Salesforce to build accurate business forecasts, track metrics and increase territory productivity.

To qualify, you will bring:
· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent/relevant work experience.
· 5 to 7 years of sales experience including demonstrated experience successfully building and managing territory growth.
· Strong analytical and presentation skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while being self-motivated, self-starting and a good team player.
· Solid communication skills - both in written and oral communication with demonstrated experience with the CRM data management program Salesforce.
· Willingness and ability to travel (vehicle and airplane) extensively (60-75%) throughout assigned territory.
