YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Wholesale Accounts Coordinator with entering orders, creating reports, processing RA, reporting to managements with problem accounts.
- Contacting accounts for shipment approvals / payment information.
- Assist Brand Director with managing online retail/wholesale platform with checking inventory, fulfill orders, update data, etc.
- Coordinating samples with showrooms and make sure samples are sent and received on timely manner.
- Generate daily, weekly report using our ERP system to ensure data entered are acccurate.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Associate degree or higher.
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and cope with multi-cultural environment.
- Attention to detail and have good organization skills
- Self-motivated, ability to multi-task, problem solving skills, creative and flexible.
