A men's fashion apparel company is seeking a Wholesale Showroom Administrative/Operations Assistant to join their team on an ongoing temp basis in DTLA. In this role you will be responsible for showroom and office management, administration, shipping & packaging, e-commerce assistance and routing & logistics. This is not a selling role This will initially be a part-time role (3 days onsite) that will ease into full-time hours


Showroom Management

  1. General organization and management of the showroom’s samples and fabric swatches
  2. Fabric swatch preparation and production for clients

Office Management

  1. Filing and organization of the office

Strong Communication

  1. Good written language skill to email and coordinate as needed

Routing and Logistics

  1. Coordinate with warehouse and learn clients’ requirements to route goods

Administration

  1. Light travel coordination, assistance on miscellaneous administrative tasks using Word and Excel

Shipping and Packaging

  1. Assistant with the shipping and packaging of samples to sales reps and clients

E-Commerce Assistance

  1. Assist with our sales tracking on NuOrder

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving
  • Experience with fashion industry a plus
  • Experience with NuOrder a plus



Pay Rate: $23/HR-$26/HR
