Role Description


This is a full-time office based role for an Assistant Project Manager at Gloria Jean's Coffees USA in Chicago. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting successful roll out and launch of Gloria Jean’s new stores and growth projects in various day-to-day tasks. This includes coordinating and expediting project tasks, new store opening logistics, franchise partners on-boarding support and documentation, and assisting with project management activities. This role will be suitable for candidate with high volume coordination experience.


Qualifications


  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are met
  • Proficiency in expediting project tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
