Our mission is to provide social, academic, and aspirational capital to our scholars, ensuring talented individuals have the opportunity to shape the future of finance. Our scholars prepare for a summer year internship by embarking on a learning journey that will prepare them for many roles within the financial services industry.

Job Overview:  The Greenwood Project program provides rigorous training, skill-building, and networking opportunities for students across multiple years of their college career. During an 18-month program, students engage in virtual sessions, workshops, and courses to build and enhance personal clarity, foundational industry knowledge, technical skills, and professional culture practices. Students also have the opportunity to connect and network with corporate volunteers and professionals. Through an enhanced coaching program, students receive tailored mentorship and coaching to ensure support throughout their journey. Upon completing the program, students gain the necessary skills to attain internships and roles in the Financial Services Industry. We are looking for Dynamic Freshmen who graduate in 2028 and Sophomores graduating in 2027.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in guided training sessions tailored to your skillset and selected major, which may include Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Coding, Information Technology, and Cyber Security.
  • Collaborate with peers to solve real-world financial challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects to demonstrate your understanding and proficiency in financial services concepts.
  • Participate in networking events, mentorship programs, and growth opportunities to expand your professional network and enhance your career trajectory.
  • Embrace a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning, positioning yourself as a future leader in the financial industry. 


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Enrolled as a sophomore (2027) or freshman (2028), in a relevant major (Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Communications, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Sales).
  • Commitment to excellence, integrity, and collaboration 
  • Transcripts upon request.
  • A Personal essay required if GPA is under a 3.0.
