Reception/Administrative Assistant


Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: $20 to $23 per hour, plus Comprehensive Benefits

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Onsite


LHH is partnering with a dynamic and thriving firm located in Downtown Oakland, committed to delivering exceptional legal services, in seeking a Reception/Administrative Assistant to join their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet clients, manage calls, and direct inquiries.
  • Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail promptly.
  • Scanning and Copying: Assist with organized document scanning, copying, and filing.
  • Time Entry: Accurately record and input time data into relevant systems.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Refill copiers, monitor supplies, and maintain common areas.
  • Learning and Growth: Embrace new challenges for professional development in the legal field.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior admin experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently with a positive and adaptable attitude.
