Job Summary:

The Construction Project Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within scope. The Project Executive will also manage the project team and resources, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to the plan.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of project managers, coordinators, and other team members, providing direction and support to ensure project success.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and issues.
  • Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and that the project stays within scope and budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement risk management plans to minimize potential impacts on the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, highlighting project milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve project processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Executive, Project Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within the [industry] sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 10+ Years of experience in Construction Project Management
