Job Overview:
As a Project Executive, you will spearhead our construction projects, overseeing every phase from inception to completion. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and exceed client expectations. You will lead project teams, manage project administration, and foster strong client relationships. Success in this role would lead to a position as the Director of Construction Operations and a seat on the Leadership Team.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage all aspects of project execution: budgeting, scheduling, resource management, safety, quality assurance, and client communication.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Utilize your expertise in construction management to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
  • Uphold our commitment to quality and safety, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in successfully managing complex construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction principles, processes, and practices.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
