Role Summary:

We are in search of a detail-oriented Project Supervisor to guide our client's committed team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical abilities, a sharp eye for detail, and effective problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of processes and systems, ensuring optimal outcomes while leading and inspiring team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire field teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Manage landscape construction initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Guarantee quality craftsmanship that adheres to high standards.
  • Proactively address challenges and maintain project timelines.
  • Uphold robust safety protocols on the worksite.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in landscape maintenance and horticulture.
  • Prior supervisory experience is essential.
  • Knowledge in lawn care, construction, tree care, groundskeeping, irrigation, gardening, and horticulture is preferred.
  • Leadership capabilities and maintenance expertise are crucial.
  • Ability to assess situations effectively and make sound decisions.
  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Willingness to commute as required.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour
