Housr is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup on a mission to revolutionise student housing and we're looking for an experienced Content & Community Manager to help us on the next stage of our journey. We were formed after our co-founders - Harry and Ben - experienced the pain-points of renting a house while at college, and knew that there had to be a better way. 🤝 What you'll do

  • You'll be responsible for creating and executing Housr’s community strategy, aligning content with business objectives and individual channel strategies.
  • You'll create engaging content that appeals to our audience through written content, graphic design, and video.
  • Establish partnerships with influencers and brands to increase our reach.
  • You'll develop a regular content schedule and support campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track content effectiveness through metrics, monitor performance, and regularly report on how content supports business goals.
  • Stay updated with latest social trends to enhance our community-building efforts.
  • Apart from handling content, you'll also assist with Housr events and general marketing.



🔍 What we're looking for

  • You have 3+ years of experience in content creation and community management.
  • You've developed and implemented playbooks, including on social channels, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • A proven track record of building communities and promoting dialogue.
  • You can produce engaging photos and videos, with proficiency in design and editing software.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Open to new projects, can juggle multiple tasks, and are comfortable presenting on camera occasionally.
  • You understand data and have used analytics to measure initiative success.
  • Self-driven, can work independently, and take ownership of projects.
