This internship is a paid opportunity based out of our Grand Rapids office. Anticipated internship duration is May - August.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will assist our social media team in delivering high-quality content and management for our clients. This includes:
  • Conducting social media research and audits
  • Creating and developing content for social media, including copy, graphics, and videos
  • Analyzing and reporting on performance metrics
  • Publishing content and optimizing it for various platforms
  • Engaging with the community and managing interactions
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client deliverables
  • Managing multiple projects for a diverse client base
  • Assisting with influencer campaigns
  • Supporting paid advertising initiatives
  • Researching and brainstorming new content ideas and opportunities for clients on social media
We seek individuals who demonstrate diligence, precision, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while providing strong team support.
Desired Attributes:
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Proven ability in online research
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools
  • Solid grasp of social media content creation and development
  • Demonstrated writing skills through work, internships, or academic experiences
  • Genuine passion for the industry and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Commitment to the firm's overall mission
  • Contribution to a positive workplace culture
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Pursuing a degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field
  • Preference for senior-level students
