Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging of our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and stand out in the marketplace.


Roles and Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize data to inform product development and marketing strategies.

• Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product narratives that resonate with our target audience. Develop and maintain product messaging frameworks that align with the company's brand voice.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands and customer expectations.

• Content Creation: Develop a wide range of marketing materials, including product brochures, sales presentations, website content, and email campaigns.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Utilize insights to optimize future efforts and achieve KPIs.

• Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers to gather feedback and advocate for their needs within the organization. Develop customer success stories and testimonials to showcase the impact of our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or a related industry.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, product positioning, and content creation.

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with various teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Passion for fundraising and supporting community organizations is a plus.
