Tasks
- Handle paperwork including contracts, addendums, disclosures, and checklists
- Constant communication with all parties involved in transactions
- Coordinate steps of transactions from contract to closing
- Website management and updates
- Database management
- Design and print marketing campaigns
- Creating and editing video
- Manage virtual assistant staff
- Managing social media content and accounts
- Developing strategies for improving lead conversion
- Follow up on leads daily to either trash or contract
- Daily communication with active clients
- Check property statuses and set up property searches
- Cross-train on property management system
- Show properties to potential buyers
