Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our President/Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the President/CEO, including preparing information, agendas, and reports.
  • Coordinate communications and information, ensuring timely responses to requests and inquiries.
  • Manage the daily administrative functions of the Executive Office, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Compose documents and correspondence on various matters, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Balance competing priorities to manage workflow, meet deadlines, and ensure the completion of essential projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience providing executive-level office support.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
