We're seeking an accomplished Business Development Director to drive growth for our agency, specializing in hospitality and residential branding and digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated understanding of both the hospitality and high-end residential sectors, with a proven track record of securing high-value partnerships with premium independent hotels, resorts, residential developers, and luxury property groups.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client portfolio within the luxury hospitality and residential sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, brand directors, and key decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach across both hospitality and residential segments
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our agency's expertise
  • Lead pitch presentations and negotiate service agreements
  • Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and agency capabilities
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape in both hospitality and residential markets to identify new opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across both sectors
  • Represent the agency at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events



Qualifications

  • 8+ years of business development experience, with at least 5 years specifically in hospitality, high-end residential development, or related fields
  • Proven track record of securing and maintaining contracts
  • Extensive network within relevant industries
  • Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and current trends in both hospitality and residential markets
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel

The ideal candidate will combine sophisticated business acumen with a deep appreciation for luxury branding across both hospitality and residential sectors. They should be equally comfortable in board rooms and creative sessions, with the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling business propositions for both hoteliers and residential developers. Experience with mixed-use developments that combine hospitality and residential elements is a plus.
