Responsibilities:

- Create and manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content across multiple platforms.
- Engage with our community across social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to build a strong, loyal following.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, production, and partnerships to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and metrics to optimize content performance and report on key insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with creative teams to provide art direction for visually compelling social media campaigns.
- Directly manage and foster positive community conversations through both posts as well as direct messaging.
- Continuously explore new social media tools and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar social media role.
- Expertise in social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Strong skills in content creation, with a particular focus on video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts is a plus.
- Proficient in using social media management tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and HeyOrca.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand messages.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting social media metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with additional certifications like Meta Certified Community Manager and Sprout Social Certification preferred.
