Job Summary

The Michaels Organization is seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical and financial well-being of our communities, providing exceptional resident experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise on-site staff, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative personnel
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive leasing and occupancy
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential property management
  • Proven track record of success in leasing, operations, and staff management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
