Responsibilities:
- Growing the Account Executive & Client Success Manager Sales organization through recruiting, developing, and retaining best in breed sales & client service professionals.
- Handling all aspects of sales go-to-market strategy for the existing client base and new business acquisition.
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team to shape the overall business & product strategy, goals for success, and KPIs to track progress.
- Actively managing & refining the sales process including sales activity, pipeline, and accurate forecasting.
- Working alongside Marketing to create & implement effective lead generation initiatives.
- Supporting sales team members through coaching and adding strategic value on complex deals.
- Scaling the sales team to build a consistent pipeline 3x revenue targets.
- Partnering with the Executive Leadership Team, Practice Leaders, and Delivery Leads to achieve company goals & objectives.
Primary Skills Required:
- Experience in professional services sales.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Has handled cumulative team quota of at least $18m+ while maintaining profit margins.
- Proven experience in business development, relationship building, and closing deals in a solutions-selling environment at the C-suite level.
- Experience with complex, consultative sales process.
- Strong leadership skills with a combination of customer centric and results-oriented actions.
- Energy, drive and commitment to overcome obstacles. You take ownership and inspire others to make a positive impact.
- Ability to influence at multiple levels, internally and externally, to accomplish business goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications for consideration:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years in Sales and Client Management
- 5+ years of experience in directly managing a team of sales professionals.
- Managed company revenue size of $20M+
- Experience working in professional services and complex sales environments
- Willing to travel as needed (less than 15%)
