Job Title: Enterprise Sales Development Manager

6sense is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Manager to lead our BDR team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing team of sales development representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, coach, and motivate a team of Enterprise BDRs to achieve quota
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each BDR to drive pipeline, outline career progress, and establish retention of company values
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure high-quality opportunities are generated
  • Work closely with Sales Ops to ensure accurate team metrics
  • Develop and implement a 30/60/90 day plan for new BDRs
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales Development Management
  • Proven track record of building and scaling BDR teams, coaching, recruiting, and motivating BDRs
  • Effective collaboration between sales management and marketing leaders
  • Proven work experience as an Enterprise BDR
