Job Description :


  • A successful Project Coordinator at Client place, handles portfolio-wide project coordination; communicate with development teams and product teams for progress and status of the projects; and report status and risk to management
  • In this role, You will work with multiple teams and individuals on coordinating projects of moderate and high complexities.
  • Standardize portfolio level processes and reporting using common tools like JIRA, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Work with leadership to communicate project statuses and upcoming risks.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the project coordination practice.
  • Champion key initiatives, processes, and frameworks with selected projects in order to implement ongoing portfolio level improvements.
  • Gain organization wide appreciation for the ability to communicate across disciplines and eliminate miscommunication.
  • Coordinate and work with offshore teams for all project coordination necessities.


Skills Required :


  • 5+ years of professional experience as Project Coordinator.
  • Experience in communicating with individual project teams on a regular basis regarding schedule, adherence, quality metrics and capacity concerns and consolidation of key risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
  • Experience in coordinating with business, product, and development across all phases of SDLC.
  • Work with Agile teams and respective Scrum Masters to acquire status and identify issues and risks.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn in fast paced environment.
  • Detail oriented.


Good to have:


  • Experience with payment industry applications.
  • Payment Processing for Financial Institutions, specifically for debit cards, and/or credit card systems (new accounts, plastics, notifications, preferences, parameter controls, payments, account updates, memos, rewards, fraud, statements, etc…).
